Soil: Alluvial river deposits. Well drained sandy soils with gravelly out-croppings.
Harvest: Manually harvested September23rd - 24th in the cool early mornings.

Technique: The grapes are brought to the winery and immediately pressed using a gentle bladder press. The freshly pressed juice is then cold fermented in 100% stainless steel tanks using a variety of yeast strains for complexity. The wine is aged sur-lie with no malolactic fermentation to preserve aromatic complexities of the fruit and round out the mouth feel.

Tasting Notes: Bright forward aromas of apple, kiwi fruit, honeysuckle and lechee nut. Flavors of lemongrass, melon and pear combine and lead to a fresh , crisp finish.
